Key Responsibilities

Translate the mission, vision, and machine learning strategy of BEES AI into actionable technical roadmaps.
Own the complete lifecycle of machine learning pipelines, covering initial architecture, data pipelines, model creation, deployment, and production scaling.
Collaborate closely with product, data, and platform teams to meet long-term architectural standards and goals.
Create and standardize frameworks for model development, focusing on reproducible experimentation, consistent project structures, and version control.
Implement comprehensive observability across both training and production environments through monitoring, logging, and performance alerts.
Optimize model deployments to control costs and improve quality while respecting established service level agreements.

Requirements

Hold a bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
Demonstrate relevant background working with machine learning platform architecture, including feature stores, model registries, and pipelines.
Apply systems thinking principles centered on cost, latency, reliability, and scalability.
Utilize software design patterns tailored for creating maintainable, production-ready machine learning systems.
Work proficiently with Python, PySpark, and SQL.
Experience with Kubernetes, Azure Cloud, Databricks, Terraform, and various machine learning frameworks and libraries.

Nice to Have

Possession of a master's degree in a relevant quantitative field.
Programming experience in Java, Rust, and NodeJS.
