Key Responsibilities

Develop a multichannel strategy tailored for a deskless workforce using SMS, digital signage, shift huddles, and mobile-first content.
Create video and multimedia materials designed to hold audience attention and communicate safety standards effectively.
Lead crisis and incident communications by building playbooks and coordinating rapid messaging across legal, leadership, and safety teams.
Shape the delivery of safety training, onboarding resources, and toolbox talks to ensure consistency across all operational settings.
Equip frontline supervisors and managers with talking points and cascade materials to share safety context with their teams.
Develop thought leadership content, including op-eds, blogs, and speaking topics, to position the company as an HSE leader.
Establish listening mechanisms such as pulse surveys and feedback tools to identify topics that require immediate attention.
Coordinate with legal and compliance departments on communications that carry regulatory exposure.
