Role Overview

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will take full ownership of complex creative briefs from initial concept through to final execution. Your work will directly impact global audiences by driving culturally relevant design across multiple channels and time zones. You will collaborate daily with copywriters, art directors, motion designers, and external production partners to deliver cohesive messaging for Bumble Inc. brands.

Key Responsibilities

Design across a broad range of communications for Bumble Inc.’s diverse brands, including print, digital, social, growth, marketing, and campaign initiatives globally.
Take ownership of complex briefs from concept through to execution, delivering high-quality design work that remains on-brand and consistently excellent.
Collaborate closely with copywriters, motion designers, art directors, and other creatives to produce cohesive and compelling work.
Contribute actively in brainstorming and concepting sessions, bringing strong creative ideas and a distinct point of view to the table.
Present completed work to key stakeholders, clearly articulating design decisions and how they align with brand objectives.
Uphold and champion Bumble Inc. brand standards across all markets and touchpoints to ensure total consistency.
Manage your own workload effectively while flagging any resource or timeline considerations in a fast-paced environment.
Partner with cross-functional marketing and product teams to translate briefs into compelling creative solutions.
Stay ahead of design trends, cultural moments, and industry best practices to bring fresh thinking into daily output.

Requirements

Hold a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Bring 7+ years of experience in professional design roles, preferably within the tech sector.
Demonstrate an expert command of standard design applications, including Adobe CC and Figma.
Possess a robust portfolio showcasing strong design thinking and exceptional craft across print, digital, social, and campaign channels.
Exhibit a positive, committed 'can-do' attitude with a flexible approach to complex problem-solving.
Work comfortably both autonomously and collaboratively within a diverse team.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in presenting creative decisions to stakeholders.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple briefs and tight deadlines.
Possess a strong understanding of core design principles such as typography, layout, and color theory.
