Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior FullStack Engineer to join the Cloud Integrations team and help build core telemetry and observability tools. Key Responsibilities
Engineers in this role ship features end-to-end, navigating everything from user-facing React panels to backend Golang services and monitoring mixins. Daily tasks involve taking ownership of projects from initial problem statements all the way to production deployment. Professionals write design proposals, conduct software demos, and advocate for team roadmaps across departments. Contributors also engage in upstream open-source contributions to projects like Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana Alloy, while participating in the on-call rotation for owned services.
Requirements
Candidates need solid product-focused experience working across the full stack on both backend and frontend systems using languages like Go and TypeScript. A strong background in the observability ecosystem, including Prometheus, Grafana dashboards, and alerting, is essential. Applicants should possess fluency with AI-assisted development tooling and LLM workflows, coupled with strong written communication skills for documentation-heavy remote collaboration.
Nice to Have
Bonus qualifications include prior experience contributing to or maintaining open-source projects with successful community pull requests. Familiarity with developer tooling, Grafana plugins, Grafana Alloy, the OpenTelemetry Collector, configuration-as-code languages like Jsonnet, and prior on-call experience for instrumented systems are also viewed favorably.

Salary and Benefits
The annual base compensation range for US candidates is USD $154,445 to $185,334, with actual pay varying based on level, experience, and skillset. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) to provide ownership in company success. Employees also receive a global annual leave policy of 30 days per annum, which includes 3 reserved shutdown days.
