Role Overview

Truelogic is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for a client that operates as a tech-powered real estate media company. Located remotely in Latin America, this role involves designing and implementing scalable end-to-end applications, intelligent agents, and reliable LLM workflows for digital real estate products.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver production-grade frontend and backend features from concept to completion.

Construct AI applications, RAG pipelines, and state-machine-driven workflows.

Build user interfaces utilizing frameworks such as SvelteKit, React, or Vue.

Program backend services utilizing Node.js and TypeScript.

Implement protective guardrails, traceability measures, and confidence scoring for artificial intelligence systems.

Convert functional product specifications into reality with a focus on speed.

Utilize generative programming utilities like Cursor and Claude Code to enhance delivery velocity.

Participate inside a distributed, asynchronous remote engineering setup.

Connect third-party services, authentication layers, and analytics tools.

Support data ingestion pipelines and dynamic asset generation tasks.

Requirements

Advanced mastery of TypeScript, covering Generics and Discriminated Unions.

Demonstrated background in Node.js server-side programming.

Comprehensive full-stack delivery experience across user interfaces and backend architecture.

Familiarity with frontend libraries including React, Vue, or Svelte and SvelteKit.

Practical background in shipping AI and LLM capabilities or agentic systems.

Knowledge of application programming interfaces, authorization methods, and token security.

Working knowledge of PostgreSQL data storage.

Infrastructure exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.

Direct utilization of AI development assistants like Cursor or Claude Code.

Capability to operate autonomously in a remote setting alongside English proficiency.

Nice to Have

Background using Fastify, Hono, or Express server frameworks.

Exposure to Slack application programming interfaces, PostHog, or Metabase analytics.

Familiarity with document rendering via PDFKit or Puppeteer.

Practice in designing or refining data transformation pipelines.
