Role Overview
Deepgram provides real-time APIs for speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and production-grade voice agents. In this position, the engineer embeds with major restaurant brands and technology partners to ensure successful enterprise deployments. The role requires designing integration paths, writing code, troubleshooting live production issues, and adapting the voice AI platform to real-world operational constraints. The candidate will work directly with customer engineering teams and business leaders, owning the technical journey from initial discovery through go-live and ongoing optimization.
