Key Responsibilities

Implement a systematic, standardized, and context-sensitive approach to Human Machine Teaming design that remains scalable and traceable.
Determine HMT-specific requirements across various use cases in collaboration with the HMT Design Lead.
Identify contextual factors that moderate requirements and translate baseline data into context-sensitive design patterns supporting adaptivity.
Partner with other HMT capabilities to design scenarios, refine testing procedures, and generate HMI feature requests to enhance collaboration.

Requirements

Experience contributing to Human Machine Teaming, system design, or related technical domains.
Ability to work alongside leadership to establish standardized requirements and scalable design patterns.
Competence in translating operational baselines into practical, context-sensitive design solutions.
