Role Overview

The Senior Digital Designer position involves creating static and motion creative across multiple digital channels and consumer-oriented mobile products. The professional works closely with marketing, growth, and social teams to produce scalable and brand-consistent design work using generative artificial intelligence within production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and produce high-quality static and motion assets for websites, landing pages, app stores, in-app experiences, social media, and paid acquisition.

Design performance-driven advertisements for platforms like YouTube, Meta, and TikTok, alongside short-form video content.

Adapt and resize creative materials across multiple formats, dimensions, placements, markets, and file types.

Publish and update content in WordPress while performing routine maintenance on marketing web properties.

Integrate generative AI tools into the creative workflow for ideation, visual development, image generation, editing, and variation creation.

Maintain organized source files, generation records, naming conventions, and version control while presenting concepts to stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience.

Advanced proficiency in Figma, WordPress, HTML/CSS, and web content publishing.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.

Professional experience utilizing generative AI creative tools in a design or production workflow.

Prior experience creating marketing creative for consumer-facing mobile applications, digital products, or subscription offerings.

Advanced English communication skills and residency in Latin America.

Nice to Have

Experience with paid acquisition and performance marketing creative.

Background in creating content specifically for short-form video and social platforms.

Familiarity with additional AI-powered creative, video, or image-generation tools.
