Key Responsibilities

Model player behavior at scale to influence marketing deployment strategies
Enhance the performance measurement framework by estimating causal impacts of campaigns and user lifetime value
Develop and refine optimization tools for acquisition campaigns
Build capabilities for experimentation to improve creative assets and marketing operations
Support decision-making processes by delivering structured dashboards and data products
Incorporate agentic AI into daily operations by building monitoring, diagnostic, and action agents

Requirements

Apply appropriate statistical or machine learning techniques including predictive models, experimentation design, and causal inference
Design and develop data-intensive cloud applications using technologies like SQL, Python, Spark, and Airflow
Utilize AI tools to multiply output
Demonstrate high-level communication skills
Maintain proficiency in written English
