Role Overview

The Senior Data Analyst is a full-time, remote position based in Mexico with Enterprise AI Training Data & Human. This hands-on role is ideal for a technical professional who wants to modernize financial planning and analysis through advanced data, analytics, and automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

Partner directly with the FP&A Director to modernize how the finance organization utilizes data, analytics, and automation.
Collaborate closely with central Data Analytics and Data Engineering teams to tackle complex technical problems, infrastructure needs, and data standards.
Investigate legacy Excel workbooks, undocumented spreadsheets, and manual processes to trace logic to the source and understand user requirements.
Design and build upgraded solutions, including rebuilt pipelines, SQL and Python replacements, driver-based views, exception-monitoring workflows, and AI-assisted tools.
Shape the direction of a newly developing FP&A AI repository focused on documentation, business logic, and workflows to support automated processes.

Requirements

Strong technical background with fluency in data querying, shaping, and direct manipulation.
An engineering mindset focused on building automated, repeatable workflows, self-refreshing dashboards, and tool integrations instead of static, one-off analyses.
Investigative instinct to independently interpret data signals and determine underlying business narratives rather than simply executing routine reports.
Experience navigating disparate operational and financial data systems such as Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Redshift, and Power BI.
