Role Overview

In this position, the analyst joins an embedded analytics team within the commercial and product domains. Working alongside revenue operations and global sales leadership, the professional helps scale the enterprise business by defining metrics across the entire funnel and guiding decision-making with data.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with RevOps and sales leaders to discover growth opportunities, define success metrics, and shape go-to-market strategies.
Develop and improve business models related to customer segmentation, territory planning, account scoring, and revenue forecasting.
Enhance data reliability for AI-driven analytics by enriching metadata and utilizing AI coding tools to implement quality fixes.
Manage metric definitions across sales, marketing, and finance, leading performance discussions and narratives.
Create scalable measurement tools that allow go-to-market teams to independently monitor long-term performance.
Maintain analytical rigor by challenging inaccurate data and applying appropriate statistical methods.

Requirements

Demonstrated history of influencing leadership decisions and driving revenue impact.
High agency and strong communication skills focused on data storytelling.
Strong analytical instincts to scope vague questions and formulate defensible answers using hypotheses.
Sound judgment regarding statistical analysis and business forecasting.
Proficiency in SQL, Python using Hex notebooks, and dbt on BigQuery, along with familiarity in AI coding tools.
Practical background in product-led and SaaS businesses with an understanding of subscription economics.

Nice to Have

Background working across the B2B go-to-market funnel including sales, marketing, and revenue operations.
Knowledge of data modeling and semantic layers.
Experience establishing metrics for enterprise or early-stage commercial operations.
