Role Overview

Epidemic Sound seeks a senior professional to guide the technical direction of the NetSuite platform and its connections to the broader business ecosystem. Working within the Financial Systems team, this role sits at the crossroads of technology and finance. The individual in this position will directly influence how financial books are closed, controls are executed, and operations scale globally. By embedding agentic AI into business operations and system development, the role helps accelerate the company toward smarter, highly scalable working methods.

Key Responsibilities

Own, evolve, and direct the NetSuite platform strategy alongside AI-assisted development to minimize manual configuration and speed up delivery.
Design and implement agentic workflows where artificial intelligence handles routine financial tasks such as approvals, reconciliations, and data routing.
Act as the technical lead and quality reviewer for integrations, automated workflows, and AI-generated scripts across NetSuite and adjacent tools.
Drive compliance and ongoing optimization by leveraging AI-driven analysis to identify audit risks and data integrity concerns.
Offer technical mentorship, contribute to hiring and onboarding, and assist in spreading ERP knowledge throughout the wider organization.

Requirements

Minimum of six years of practical ERP background featuring deep NetSuite proficiency in workflows, configuration, SuiteScript, and integrations, preferably in compliance-heavy or publicly listed settings.
A Bachelor or Master degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
An agentic development perspective with direct experience validating AI coding assistants and recognizing where human oversight remains essential.
Comprehensive understanding of ERP architecture and core financial procedures capable of withstanding large-scale operations.
Proven project leadership and direct stakeholder communication skills to bridge the gap between technical execution and business requirements.

Nice to Have

Background working with NetSuite or other ERP platforms integrated with Salesforce.
Experience utilizing spend management systems like Expensify, invoice-to-pay tools like Medius, consolidation applications like Aaro, or planning tools like NSPB.
Knowledge of NetSuite Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) or SuiteCommerce Advanced.
Familiarity with the NetSuite MCP Standard Tools SuiteApp.
Understanding of modern CI/CD DevOps practices tailored for NetSuite environments.
Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and team structures.
