Role Overview

Capco seeks a Senior Consultant-level UI/UX Designer to join the team in Hong Kong within the Banking and Payments practice area. The professional in this position will handle mobile product design tasks, turning intricate artificial intelligence capabilities and business requirements into clear, engaging digital experiences. The individual will collaborate with product, business, technology, and engineering groups to define user journeys and direct design patterns.

Key Responsibilities

Direct end-to-end user interface and user experience design over the mobile product lifecycle, covering user journeys, information architecture, and high-fidelity interfaces.
Convert intricate business, user, and artificial intelligence requirements into clear mobile products.
Produce wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while setting consistent user interface standards.
Execute user research and usability testing sessions, applying user feedback to iterative design updates.
Share design concepts and strategic suggestions with senior stakeholders to discuss solution priorities and target-state goals.

Requirements

Demonstrated hands-on user interface and user experience design background at the senior consultant level with a focus on mobile application creation.
A comprehensive portfolio displaying end-to-end product, interaction, and user experience design work.
Working knowledge of Figma alongside modern design and prototyping workflows.
Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities across business, product, technology, and engineering teams.
Experience operating within agile, multidisciplinary environments with an understanding of design assessment frameworks.
