Role Overview

In this position, the professional serves as a primary technical advisor for users of Crusoe's AI infrastructure platform. The individual investigates complex obstacles, partners alongside international engineering groups, and shapes an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities

Provide expert technical assistance via Zendesk while maintaining high customer satisfaction and meeting defined service level agreements.
Participate in an on-call rotation to guarantee quick response times for urgent matters.
Troubleshoot and fix problems tied to virtual machines, physical hardware breakdowns, and scaling evaluations using command-line interfaces and proprietary instruments.
Oversee alert sorting, handle maintenance periods, and execute node delivery verifications.
Partner with site reliability, networking, and storage departments from initial diagnosis through to root cause analysis.
Build internal guides, training materials, and standard operating procedures to improve global support workflows.
Recommend and deploy system enhancements to boost operational efficiency and resilience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience paired with at least four years in a related technical position.
Proficiency with command-line tools and navigating Linux operating systems.
Background using Git for teamwork and version tracking.
Minimum of five years working in technical support focusing on cloud, storage, or networking environments.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
Practical background with container management tools like Kubernetes, resource scheduling via Slurm, infrastructure as code using Terraform, and monitoring platforms like Grafana.
Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of high-performance computing concepts including Infiniband, RDMA, RoCE, and software-defined networking.

Nice to Have

Background working with storage hardware including NVMe drives, solid-state drives, and distributed storage networks.
Familiarity with block, object, or file storage solutions alongside protocols like NFS, SMB, iSCSI, and NVMe-oF.
Professional certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CKS, KCNA, specific AWS credentials, NVIDIA AI credentials, or Linux Foundation accreditations.
Experience writing automation scripts or utilizing scripting languages.
Enthusiasm for mentoring colleagues and sharing technical expertise.
Interest in advancing sustainable and efficient technology.
