The Senior Cloud Support Engineer position at Crusoe is a full-time opportunity based in Denver, Colorado. This role suits an experienced technical professional eager to drive customer success and support sustainable high-performance computing and artificial intelligence infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver technical support to clients through Zendesk while meeting established service level agreements and maintaining high customer satisfaction targets.
Take part in a continuous on-call rotation to address and resolve urgent technical concerns.
Troubleshoot virtual machines, hardware errors, and scaling tests using the command-line interface and internal tools.
Handle alert triage, prepare for scheduled maintenance windows, and perform node delivery testing.
Partner alongside Site Reliability Engineering, Networking, and Storage departments from initial troubleshooting to root cause analysis delivery.
Participate in global team collaboration standards, ticketing handoffs, and on-call procedures.
Build onboarding materials, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements

Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or bring four or more years of equivalent technical background.
Demonstrate strong Linux command-line interface capabilities.
Utilize Git for code collaboration and version management.
Bring five or more years of customer support background within networking, storage, or cloud sectors.
Understand container orchestration systems like Kubernetes, workload management tools such as Slurm and Terraform, and monitoring platforms including Grafana.
Possess awareness of other public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
Exhibit strong customer service abilities alongside effective prioritization skills for handling competing escalations.
Familiarity with high-performance computing technologies including RDMA, Infiniband, Software Defined Networking, and RoCE.

Nice to Have

Professional certifications such as CKA, CKAD, CKS, KCNA, AWS or Azure credentials, and NVIDIA AI infrastructure qualifications.
Advanced depth in specific cloud platforms and services.
Background in scripting languages and automation technology.
Proven capacity for complex problem solving and mentoring teammates.
