Role Overview

Reddit is hiring a Senior Client Account Manager to join the Global Strategic Accounts team within the Large Customer Sales department in San Francisco. This specialized group manages Reddit's most important global advertising partners from end to end. The professional in this position will work closely with Client Partners to execute campaigns, optimize performance, and help top-tier agencies and brands reach their marketing objectives on the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Client Partners to ensure client marketing goals are met or exceeded.
Manage end-to-end global account operations, covering revenue delivery, complex media strategy, and cross-market optimizations.
Transform campaign tests and performance data into global playbooks and measurement frameworks.
Cultivate and deepen ongoing relationships with global clients and advertising agencies to stimulate yearly revenue growth.
Educate brands on best practices and articulate the core value proposition of the platform.
Collaborate with Ad Ops to guarantee smooth campaign delivery and solve any technical challenges.
Gather client feedback and metrics to influence the native ads product roadmap.
Mentor and train fellow team members while continually identifying areas for operational improvement.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in advertising sales and account management.
Strong comprehension of the customer marketing funnel and the traditional marketing ecosystem.
Ability to navigate problems of diverse scope that require data analysis and evaluation.
Familiarity with digital measurement, tracking fundamentals, and mobile measurement partners.
Tenacious, entrepreneurial approach to resolving product, process, and client hurdles.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced and unstructured work environment.
BA or BS degree, or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Excel is preferred.
Global client experience is considered a plus.

Base salary range of $135,100 to $189,200 USD.
