Role Overview

Reddit is seeking a strategic and technical professional to join the Revenue Strategy and Analytics team. The incoming analyst will build and maintain the analytical tools supporting the Large Customer Sales business unit. Responsibilities include managing ETL workflows, scaling dashboards, and establishing reliable data foundations to drive overall revenue performance across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate strategically with sales, finance, product, data science, and go-to-market teams to shape revenue strategies.
Build AI-ready data foundations by developing semantic models and contextual business logic for traditional dashboards and AI-driven tools.
Translate complex data findings into actionable insights, guiding partners toward growth opportunities and performance optimization.
Drive operational excellence through the automation of recurring reporting, timely delivery of insights, and continuous data model improvements.
Partner with data science and Salesforce teams to enhance revenue data foundations, including BigQuery data pipelines and Salesforce-to-revenue mappings.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher educational background.
Bring at least four years of relevant work experience in consulting, business operations, sales operations, investment banking, or similar fields.
Possess a minimum of three years of professional experience utilizing SQL and relational databases.
Have at least three years of experience building and developing dashboards using Looker or comparable tools.
Demonstrate familiarity with large-scale data processing, analysis, and AI-assisted coding tools.
Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside a proactive, results-driven mindset.

Nice to Have

Previous work experience within the online marketing and advertising industry.
Prior knowledge and experience working with BigQuery.
