Role Overview

TRM Labs builds the intelligence infrastructure behind major crypto investigations worldwide. As a Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst, the person in this position anchors regional targeting capacity by working closely with a Southeast Asia investigative pod. The primary focus involves fusing open-source intelligence collection disciplines, operational access, and financial intelligence to build comprehensive targeting packages against cyber infrastructure and compound operators.

Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end intelligence and OSINT operations targeting scam infrastructure across Southeast Asia, converting raw collection into targeting-ready intel for government partners and internal teams.
Track scam compounds geographically and operationally by combining GEOINT, cell triangulation, IP geolocation, adtech, physical OSINT, on-chain attribution, and commercial data.
Process high volumes of investigative returns to feed victim, operator, and infrastructure data directly into product and intelligence pipelines.
Pivot from single leads—such as a device, wallet, victim, or compound—into uncovering wider operational networks using advanced link and pattern analysis.
Collaborate closely with the Scams SME team, DC targeting cell, and on-chain analysts to translate regional strategies into actionable enforcement packages.

Requirements

US Citizenship is required.
Must be based in Bangkok or available for extensive APAC travel.
Bring 5 to 8+ years of all-source investigative or targeting experience from federal law enforcement, the Intelligence Community, the Department of Defense, or a mission-aligned private sector environment.
Demonstrated operational leadership experience in building targeting packages and coordinating small analytic teams in a player-coach capacity.
Hands-on OSINT tradecraft expertise including IP geolocation, cell triangulation, adtech analysis, GEOINT, and infrastructure attribution.
Comfort utilizing AI tools to accelerate investigative workflows, synthesize data, and draft operational outputs.

Nice to Have

Southeast Asia field experience, particularly in Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, or Cambodia, is strongly preferred.
Regional language skills serve as a major professional differentiator.
Prior experience with financial crime or cryptocurrency is considered a positive addition rather than a strict requirement.
