Senior AI Specialist (Operations) (x/f/m)
About this role
Doctolib is tackling the challenge of transforming manual, time-consuming tasks within Operations and Customer Success into largely autonomous workflows using AI agents. As a Senior AI Specialist at the Berlin office, you will serve as the technical builder and AI Ops Owner, taking workflows end-to-end from context and agent design to evaluation and scaling. You will collaborate closely with Leadership, IT, and Product to redesign workflows rather than simply automating them, contributing directly to the mission of improving healthcare for everyone.
Ideal candidates demonstrate a strong product mindset, high learning speed, and the ability to build and operate AI agents using platforms like Dust or Claude. You will manage knowledge sources, own CRM and data integrations with tools like Salesforce, and establish rigorous evaluation routines to handle issues like hallucinations and prompt drift. If you thrive in a hybrid setup where you can take total ownership of technical problems and bridge the gap between business needs and AI solutions, this role offers a chance to shape an AI-native company.
What you will do
- Analyze critical Operations and Customer Success workflows to replace manual processes with autonomous AI agents.
- Develop, manage, and deploy AI agents as products on platforms such as Dust or Claude with defined baselines and metrics.
- Curate and maintain accurate knowledge sources across platforms like Confluence, Drive, and Salesforce.
- Establish quality standards and evaluation routines using user feedback and A/B testing to address hallucinations and prompt drift.
- Own CRM and data integration interfaces, automating data flows between Salesforce and internal AI platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions while bridging communication between Leadership, IT, and Product teams.
What you need
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technical fields quickly and build real, functional systems that solve practical problems.
- Strong instinct for evaluation, defining a clear quality bar and measuring automation success against it.
- End-to-end problem ownership with the ability to prioritize rigorously and communicate technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reading scripts, understanding APIs, webhooks, and automation tools such as Make, n8n, and Zapier.
- Practical experience with agent platforms like Dust, Claude, or LangChain, alongside data fluency in Python or JavaScript.
- Confident command of English, complemented by German at a B1 level for operating in an international environment.
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
- Experience navigating Salesforce architectures or BI environments like Tableau and Metabase
- Solid background working with scaled Customer Success or Operations teams
