What you will do
- Advise customers directly during their onboarding phase to facilitate successful platform deployment.
- Deliver technical solutions to multiple clients concurrently and manage time efficiently.
- Guide users toward optimal technical decisions as a recognized platform expert.
- Provide technical assistance early in the customer journey to ensure a strong user experience.
What you need
- Hold an undergraduate degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or possess relevant equivalent experience.
- Bring at least two years of professional experience in a technical role, preferably within data or cloud domains.
- Demonstrate familiarity with at least one major public cloud platform such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Possess working knowledge of a programming language including Python, Scala, or SQL.
- Understand end-to-end data analytics workflows alongside hands-on background in data engineering or data warehousing.
- Communicate fluently and effectively in both Japanese and English, across written and verbal channels.
