Role Overview

Docplanner is scaling an APEX-first Salesforce platform across multiple business lines and countries. As a Salesforce Developer, you will design and build robust backend services, integrations, Experience Cloud capabilities, Digital Engagement channels, and AI-driven customer interactions. You will collaborate closely with product teams, business analysts, architects, admins, and QA to deliver reliable releases.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable APEX solutions utilizing domain, service, and selector patterns with bulkified and governor-safe code.
Develop and enhance Service Cloud capabilities including complex case management, entitlements, milestones, routing, and customer service automation.
Build and customize Experience Cloud sites to support customer and partner self-service experiences.
Implement and extend Digital Engagement channels such as Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS, and Facebook Messenger.
Build and enhance bots and AI-powered customer service automations integrated with Apex, Flows, and external systems.
Design and develop secure Apex REST APIs, HTTP callouts with Named Credentials, Platform Events, asynchronous Apex, and CDC-driven solutions.
Optimize SOQL and SOSL queries to ensure high performance for large-volume Service Cloud data operations.
Partner with DevOps on CI/CD using Git, Pull Requests, SFDX or DevOps Center, and packaging.
Support UAT, troubleshoot incidents using logs and debug tools, and maintain Jira tickets.
Configure and maintain automation tools including Flows, approval processes, assignment rules, Omni-Channel routing, and email automations.

Requirements

Two to five or more years of Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Apex.
Strong hands-on experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Experience implementing or extending Digital Engagement capabilities and conversational AI solutions like Einstein Bots or Agentforce.
Proven background in enterprise Apex patterns, bulkification, and asynchronous processing.
Strong integration experience with Apex REST, HTTP callouts, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.
Solid understanding of Salesforce security, SOQL performance tuning, data modeling, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Familiarity with Git workflows, code reviews, and CI/CD using SFDX or DevOps Center.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant.

Nice to Have

Experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Knowledge.
Experience with Data Cloud.
