Role Overview

Docplanner is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join its team on a 100% remote basis within Poland. The professional will focus on designing and building scalable Salesforce solutions that power customer support, success, and experience ecosystems. Responsibilities include developing robust backend services, integrations, Experience Cloud capabilities, digital engagement channels, and AI-driven customer interactions while collaborating with product teams, architects, and QA.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable APEX solutions adhering to governor-safe and bulkified patterns.
Develop and enhance Service Cloud capabilities such as case management, routing, and automation.
Build and customize Experience Cloud sites for customer and partner self-service.
Implement digital engagement tools including Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, SMS, and Facebook Messenger.
Build and enhance bots and AI-powered customer service automations integrated with Apex and Flows.
Design secure Apex REST APIs, callouts, Platform Events, and asynchronous Apex.
Optimize SOQL and SOSL queries for high-performance data operations.
Partner with DevOps on CI/CD using Git, Pull Requests, and SFDX.
Maintain Salesforce security, configurations, and technical documentation.

Requirements

Two to five or more years of Salesforce development experience focusing heavily on Apex.
Hands-on experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
Experience with Digital Engagement channels like Chat, Messaging, WhatsApp, and SMS.
Background in developing or integrating Einstein Bots, Agentforce, AI Assistants, or conversational AI.
Expertise in enterprise Apex patterns, asynchronous processing, and SOQL performance tuning.
Familiarity with Lightning Web Components, Git workflows, and CI/CD tools.
Professional working proficiency in English.
Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant.

Nice to Have

Experience implementing and customizing Salesforce Knowledge.
Experience working with Data Cloud.
