Role Overview

As a Recruiting Operations Manager, the chosen candidate will manage the underlying infrastructure, data, and workflows that enable the company to hire over 100 people every month. Working collaboratively with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Legal, Finance, and hiring departments across the globe, this position focuses on increasing hiring effectiveness while maintaining high quality and avoiding unnecessary complexity. The role suits an individual who excels at the intersection of people, technology, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Optimize the applicant tracking system, broader recruiting technology stack, and end-to-end workflows to ensure clean, connected, and scalable operations.
Develop metrics and reporting dashboards for leadership and operations teams to translate insights into measurable improvements in speed, quality, and efficiency.
Collaborate with Finance and business leaders on headcount planning and recruiting capacity to ensure workforce plans align with shifting company priorities.
Empower recruiters and hiring managers by designing practical enablement programs covering tools, sourcing, workflows, interviewing standards, and calibration.
Establish and uphold a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the entire hiring journey.
Leverage artificial intelligence, market data, talent intelligence, and emerging technologies to enhance talent identification, engagement, and assessment.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in operations, including at least 2 years focused on recruiting, HR, or People Operations within a fast-scaling organization facing high complexity.
Demonstrated systems thinking and meticulous attention to detail to connect operational dots and resolve root causes rather than surface symptoms.
Pragmatic, highly organized approach capable of managing multiple complex projects, maintaining focus, and driving initiatives to completion.
Curious, hands-on attitude with the ability to experiment with artificial intelligence, build lightweight automation solutions, and utilize new tools.
High-agency, independent, and positive mindset that transforms complex challenges into actionable solutions.
