Baseten requires a dedicated Recruiting Coordinator to eliminate scheduling friction and logistical bottlenecks during periods of rapid team growth. The incoming coordinator will manage the interview pipeline, facilitate communication between candidates and internal hiring teams, and maintain an organized administrative workflow. What you will do
- Coordinate interview loops and debrief sessions in partnership with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Deliver a structured, supportive, and communicative experience for every candidate.
- Handle onsite interview logistics, such as greeting arrivals and preparing workspaces.
- Resolve real-time schedule conflicts and last-minute adjustments efficiently.
- Maintain clear and prompt correspondence with candidates regarding interview updates.
What you need
- Bring at least one year of prior recruiting or human resources experience.
- Demonstrate strong operational rigor and close attention to detail.
- Communicate clearly and professionally through written and verbal channels.
- Display a warm, personable demeanor that puts candidates at ease.
- Adapt quickly to unexpected changes and solve problems independently.
