Role Overview

Crusoe is seeking a Contract Recruiter, Technical GTM (Spark) to manage full-cycle hiring for the Spark initiative in Denver, CO. This position is ideal for an autonomous talent professional with a background in technical Go-To-Market recruitment who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own the complete recruitment lifecycle for technical customer-facing GTM, planning, and business operations positions.
Act as a strategic advisor and partner directly with senior leaders and hiring managers.
Design targeted technical and customer-facing assessments and conduct intake sessions.
Proactively source passive candidates through targeted outreach via platforms like LinkedIn.
Lead compensation negotiations, candidate interviews, and deliver prompt updates.
Maintain accurate pipeline metrics, documentation, and candidate statuses within the applicant tracking system.
Travel as necessary to support business needs.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of full life-cycle recruiting expertise focusing on technical or technical-adjacent GTM positions.
Demonstrated success independently executing senior-level and difficult searches from start to finish.
Proven ability to evaluate candidates for both technical acumen and customer-facing capabilities.
Prior experience working collaboratively with director-level and above stakeholders within high-growth startup settings.
Strong background in negotiating salary and equity packages.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with high organizational diligence.

Background hiring within heavy manufacturing, data center, energy, semiconductor, aerospace, or industrial sectors.
