Role Overview

This position sits at the intersection of model evaluation, data quality, and human judgment. Selected candidates will work directly with advanced AI technologies by assessing model outputs, spotting performance gaps, and guiding behavioral improvements. This is an onsite role requiring candidates to commute to one of the approved office locations in New York City, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Burlingame, Austin, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago, or Boston.

Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate complex outputs generated by artificial intelligence models.
Identify behavioral gaps and real-world application flaws in system responses.
Apply critical thinking to complex guidelines and dataset parameters.
Participate actively in discussions and collaborate with teammates, team leads, and organizational stakeholders.

Requirements

Fluent in French.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
Ability to work full-time hours, totaling 40 hours per week.
Must be located in or able to regularly commute to NYC, Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, San Francisco, Sunnyvale, Burlingame, Austin, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago, or Boston.
Available for a 1-year contract duration with a potential for extension.
