Role Overview

In this role, the Program Manager supports the Employer Customer Success team by driving platform adoption, retention, and expansion. Responsibilities include collaborating with Account Managers and Customer Success Managers to help premium employer partners reach their early talent hiring goals through strategic projects, recruiting campaigns, and data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Execute project-based work that supports adoption, retention, and expansion efforts across the platform.
Develop targeted recruiting campaigns by crafting messaging, identifying relevant audiences, and executing outreach.
Analyze hiring trends and performance metrics through custom reporting, school strategy insights, and audits of employer activity.
Build and maintain strong relationships with end users to help them maximize platform value and achieve measurable ROI.
Create and maintain best practices and training materials centered on diversity, inclusion, sourcing strategies, and platform optimization.
Serve as a product expert, advising employer partners on how to optimize their recruiting success.
Collaborate cross-functional teams to improve the overall employer experience and product adoption.

Requirements

Must have 4 or more years of relevant work experience, preferably in customer-facing SaaS, recruiting, implementation, or professional services roles.
Capable of understanding customer business goals and recommending strategies to drive adoption and solve complex challenges.
Ability to understand the ever-evolving needs of a fast-growing start-up organization.
Comfortable thriving in ambiguity while working quickly and efficiently.
Possess strong communication and relationship management skills, including presenting to stakeholders and leading training sessions.
Strong project management skills with the ability to own and drive projects from end to end.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience collaborating across teams such as sales, product, and marketing.
Must be based in San Francisco or New York City and available to work in-office 5 days a week.
