Role Overview

Reonic is seeking a full-time Product Specialist for the French market to join their on-site team in Berlin. This position suits professionals passionate about renewable energy who want to support a growing base of business customers in the greentech sector.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary contact for business clients such as utilities and solar installers within French-speaking markets.
Address and resolve technical inquiries regarding the software system, solar solutions, and heat pumps following contract signing.
Partner closely with the development team to share customer feedback and optimize the software.
Deliver daily support through phone calls and support chats to elevate the customer experience.
Detect technical hurdles experienced by clients and collaborate with engineering staff to refine solutions.
Design and execute strategic projects aimed at advancing company growth and innovation.

Requirements

Professional background in B2B customer service or customer success, highlighting direct client engagement.
Technical educational or professional background, such as industrial engineering.
Past working experience within a startup environment.
Drive to advance renewable energy initiatives and create a meaningful impact.
Professional proficiency in both French and English, with C2 fluency required in French.
Ability to work full-time on-site five days a week at the Berlin office.
