Role Overview

BJAK seeks a Technical Product Owner to manage product domains within its artificial intelligence stockbroking operations in Vietnam. The professional in this position will steer product direction, collaborate with engineering and design units, and release updates rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

Direct product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and additional financial services.
Establish user challenges, product boundaries, key performance indicators, strategic roadmaps, and release schedules.
Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and commercial divisions.
Transform intricate monetary systems into straightforward customer workflows.
Utilize metrics, user input, research, and production issues to refine product choices.
Deploy features, track metrics, and guide continuous iterations.
Balance trade-offs regarding speed, user interface, business value, regulatory compliance, and operational overhead.

Requirements

Background as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or comparable position.
Demonstrated product intuition and the capacity to streamline intricate processes.
Capability to collaborate with software engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with analytics, user responses, experiments, and post-release analysis.
Strong written communication, prioritization abilities, and stakeholder coordination.
High degree of accountability and the capacity to advance projects with minimal oversight.
