Key Responsibilities

Establish user challenges, product scope, metrics for success, strategic roadmaps, and release plans.
Coordinate with engineering, design, data, business, compliance, and operations teams.
Convert intricate financial offerings into straightforward customer journeys.
Analyze data, research, user feedback, and production challenges to guide product choices.
Deploy features, track performance metrics, and execute continuous iterations.
Balance priorities among development speed, user experience, operational complexity, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Professional background functioning as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, startup founder, product operator, or equivalent capacity.
Demonstrated product intuition with the ability to streamline complex operational flows.
Practical experience collaborating with designers and engineers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with analytics, customer feedback loops, testing, and post-release evaluation.
Proficient writing capabilities alongside strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
High degree of personal accountability and capacity to operate autonomously.
