Role Overview

BJAK seeks a Product Owner Technical to take charge of product areas within the AI Stockbroking division located in Taipei, Taiwan. The professional in this position will define product direction, collaborate with technical teams, and guide features from concept through launch and iterative improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of product areas across financial services such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
Convert complex financial products into accessible customer journeys.
Utilize data, feedback, research, and production insights to guide product decisions.
Release features, track performance, and manage ongoing iterations.
Balance trade-offs involving speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Requirements

Background as a Product Manager, Product Owner Technical, founder, growth operator, or similar capacity.
Strong product sense focused on simplifying intricate workflows.
Ability to collaborate directly with engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch evaluation.
Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
High sense of ownership and capability to drive execution with minimal oversight.
Proficiency in English for cross-functional communication.
Ability to work from the Taiwan office at least three days a week.
