Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a Product Owner, Technical to direct specific product domains within the organization's artificial intelligence neobank. Candidates will manage product lifecycles, collaborate with technical teams, and deliver streamlined digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product areas encompassing insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and additional financial services
Establish user challenges, product boundaries, performance indicators, strategic roadmaps, and release schedules
Partner alongside engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and commercial departments
Transform intricate financial offerings into straightforward customer paths
Analyze metrics, user comments, research findings, and operational challenges to guide product choices
Release new capabilities, track system results, and execute continuous updates
Balance competing priorities including speed, usability, financial return, regulatory rules, and operational requirements

Requirements

Background working as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, startup founder, or growth/product operator
Solid product intuition with the capability to streamline complicated procedures
Capacity to partner with software engineers and designers to deliver operational products
Familiarity utilizing metrics, consumer feedback, testing, and post-release insights
Effective written communication, prioritization abilities, and stakeholder coordination
Demonstrated sense of responsibility and capability to advance projects independently
Professional English proficiency
Current residency in Indonesia
