Role Overview

BJAK seeks a Technical Product Owner to manage product domains inside the organization's artificial intelligence neobank. The position is remote for individuals currently located in Spain. English serves as the primary working language for the global team.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of product areas covering insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
Determine user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch strategies.
Collaborate alongside engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Convert complicated financial offerings into clear and accessible customer journeys.
Leverage data, user feedback, research, and production events to refine product choices.
Release features, track performance metrics, and manage ongoing iterations.
Balance trade-offs between delivery speed, user experience, business results, regulatory compliance, and operational demands.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or comparable capacity.
Demonstrated product sense paired with the capability to streamline intricate workflows.
Experience collaborating alongside engineers and designers to deliver tangible products.
Familiarity handling metrics, user feedback, experimentation, and post-launch analysis.
Strong writing abilities, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management capability.
High sense of ownership and capability to direct work with minimal oversight.
