Utilize data, research, user feedback, and production insights to guide product choices.
Ship features, track performance metrics, and execute continuous iterations.
Balance trade-offs involving speed, user experience, business value, compliance, and operational factors.

Requirements

Professional background as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, founder, or growth/product operator.
Demonstrated product sense paired with the capacity to streamline complicated workflows.
Ability to partner alongside engineers and designers to deliver tangible products.
Familiarity handling metrics, experiments, user feedback, and post-launch evaluation.
Strong writing capabilities, prioritization competence, and stakeholder management skills.
High sense of ownership paired with the ability to drive initiatives autonomously.
Proficiency in English for communication across global teams.
Residency in Germany.
