Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel services.
Establish user problem definitions, product scope, metrics, roadmaps, and release plans.
Collaborate alongside engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Convert complicated financial offerings into straightforward customer pathways.
Utilize data, user feedback, research, and production insights to guide product choices.
Ship features, track performance metrics, and execute continuous iterations.
Balance priorities among delivery speed, user experience, business results, compliance, and operations.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, founder, or growth/product operator.
Demonstrated product intuition and capability to streamline complex operational workflows.
Experience partnering with software engineers and designers to release functional products.
Familiarity analyzing metrics, user feedback, running experiments, and learning post-launch.
Strong written communication, task prioritization, and stakeholder coordination capabilities.
High sense of ownership to drive execution with minimal supervision.
Based in South Korea.
Strong English communication skills for working across global teams.

Nice to Have
