Role Overview

This position requires managing product sectors within the AI Neobank platform. The individual in this role will define product paths, collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, and iterate rapidly following release.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product areas encompassing insurance, savings, payments, investing, travel, and additional financial services.
Establish user challenges, product scope, release strategies, roadmaps, and measurement metrics.
Coordinate across engineering, business, data, compliance, operations, and design departments.
Simplify intricate financial services into straightforward customer workflows.
Apply research, user feedback, analytics, and production metrics to guide product enhancements.
Deploy new features, track functional performance, and execute ongoing revisions.
Balance priorities involving business value, user experience, compliance, release speed, and operational requirements.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Owner Technical, Product Manager, founder, or growth and product operator.
Demonstrated product insight and capability to streamline complex operational flows.
Experience partnering with engineering and design staff to deliver functional products.
Familiarity utilizing metrics, experiments, user commentary, and post-release insights.
Strong written communication, stakeholder coordination, and prioritization abilities.
High degree of autonomy and capacity to advance initiatives independently.
Proficiency in English for global team communication.
Current residency in Vietnam.
