Key Responsibilities

Manage product segments spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and related financial services.
Establish user challenges, product boundaries, performance indicators, strategic roadmaps, and release schedules.
Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and commercial departments.
Convert intricate financial concepts into straightforward customer pathways.
Apply analytics, user feedback, research, and production insights to refine product choices.
Deploy capabilities, track functionality, and lead continuous updates.
Balance delivery speed, user experience, commercial value, regulatory compliance, and system requirements.

Requirements

Background functioning as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or comparable capacity.
Demonstrated product intuition and the capability to streamline intricate workflows.
Capacity to collaborate alongside engineers and designers to deliver operational products.
Familiarity with metrics, user responses, experimentation, and post-release analysis.
Proficient writing abilities, prioritization capability, and stakeholder coordination.
Substantial accountability and the capacity to advance tasks with minimal oversight.
Fluent English communication skills.
Mandatory residency in Sweden.
