Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of product areas covering insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and additional financial services.
Establish product scope, user problem definitions, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Collaborate directly with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Simplify intricate financial offerings into clear customer journeys.
Utilize production data, user feedback, research, and issue logs to guide decisions.
Release features, track ongoing performance, and manage iterative updates.
Balance execution speed, user experience, business value, compliance rules, and operational needs.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or in a similar capacity.
Demonstrated product sense with the ability to streamline complicated workflows.
Track record of partnering with engineering and design teams to ship functioning products.
Familiarity with evaluating metrics, monitoring user feedback, running experiments, and learning post-launch.
Strong written communication, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
High sense of ownership with the capacity to operate autonomously under limited direction.
