Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a Technical Product Owner to manage product areas within its AI Neobank. The position involves directing product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and launching financial applications for regional users.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product segments covering insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and additional financial services.
Establish product direction, user problems, scopes, metrics, roadmaps, and release strategies.
Coordinate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business units.
Simplify intricate financial systems into clear customer experiences.
Utilize analytics, feedback, and operational research to refine product choices.
Release new features, track performance, and execute subsequent updates.
Balance delivery speed, user experience, business goals, compliance rules, and operational requirements.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or related capacity.
Strong product intuition and capability to streamline complex workflows.
Experience collaborating alongside engineers and designers to deliver functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user insights, experiments, and iterative learning after deployment.
Strong writing abilities, prioritization skills, and stakeholder management.
High level of ownership with the capacity to operate autonomously.
