Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Manage product segments spanning insurance, savings, payments, travel, and investment services.
Establish product scope, user problems, roadmaps, launch strategies, and success metrics.
Collaborate alongside engineering, data, design, business, compliance, and operations departments.
Translate intricate financial services into straightforward customer experiences.
Utilize analytics, user research, feedback, and operational data to refine product strategies.
Release updates, track performance metrics, and execute continuous iterations.
Balance priorities among delivery speed, user experience, compliance requirements, operational constraints, and business outcomes.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Owner Technical, Product Manager, founder, growth or product operator, or in a comparable capacity.
Demonstrated product intuition with the ability to streamline complicated workflows.
Track record collaborating with designers and engineers to deploy functional products.
Familiarity utilizing metrics, experiments, user feedback, and post-release insights.
Strong written communication, stakeholder management, and task prioritization abilities.
High sense of ownership with the capacity to execute tasks autonomously.
Residency in Ireland.
Strong proficiency in the English language.

Nice to Have

Background in consumer applications, fintech, payments, insurance, or high-growth company environments.
