Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Own product areas across insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
Convert complex financial products into simple and usable customer journeys.
Utilize data, user feedback, research, and production issues to inform product decisions.
Release features, monitor performance, and drive ongoing iterations.
Balance trade-offs between speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Requirements

Background as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or similar capacity.
Demonstrated product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
Experience collaborating with engineers and designers to ship real products.
Comfort working with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management capabilities.
High ownership and the ability to drive work with minimal guidance.
Proficiency in English for communication across global teams.
Current residency in Vietnam.

Nice to Have
