Role Overview

BJAK seeks a Product Owner, Technical to direct product areas within AI Investing. The position centers on understanding users, setting product direction, collaborating with design and engineering teams, launching quickly, and continuously refining features after release.

Key Responsibilities

Own product domains spanning investing, savings, payments, insurance, travel, and related financial services.
Establish user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Coordinate with business, compliance, operations, data, design, and engineering teams.
Simplify complex financial products into clear customer journeys.
Apply data, user feedback, research, and production insights to refine product strategies.
Release new features, track performance metrics, and execute iterative improvements.
Balance trade-offs among delivery speed, user experience, business outcomes, compliance, and operational overhead.

Requirements

Prior background as a Product Owner Technical, Product Manager, founder, growth or product operator, or equivalent function.
Demonstrated product intuition with the ability to streamline intricate workflows.
Capability to partner directly with designers and engineers to deliver tangible products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback loops, experimentation, and post-launch analysis.
Strong written communication, prioritization abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
High sense of ownership and capacity to drive initiatives independently with minimal oversight.

Nice to Have

Background in fintech, insurance, payments, consumer applications, or high-growth product environments.
