Role Overview

BJAK seeks a Technical Product Owner to manage specific product divisions within the AI Finance unit. The professional joining this position will guide product scopes, collaborate with design and engineering teams, release solutions quickly, and continuously refine features following deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage product divisions spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and additional financial services.
Determine user problems, product boundaries, success indicators, development schedules, and release strategies.
Coordinate with engineering, design, data analytics, operations, compliance, and business units.
Simplify intricate financial offerings into straightforward, functional customer experiences.
Utilize metrics, user input, research, and operational issues to guide product choices.
Deploy features, track performance metrics, and execute ongoing product iterations.
Balance considerations regarding delivery speed, user experience, business value, regulatory compliance, and operational requirements.

Requirements

Prior background operating as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, startup founder, growth operator, or equivalent capacity.
Demonstrated product intuition with the capability to streamline complex operational workflows.
Track record of collaborating alongside engineers and designers to deliver operational products.
Familiarity with tracking metrics, reviewing user feedback, running experiments, and learning post-launch.
Advanced written communication, task prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
High degree of personal ownership and capacity to execute responsibilities independently with minimal direction.
Strong English communication skills for collaborating across global teams.
Must be currently based in Hong Kong.
