Role Overview

BJAK seeks a Product Owner Technical to lead product areas within its AI Finance division. The professional in this position will discover user needs, establish product direction, collaborate closely with engineering and design teams, and maintain continuous product improvements following launch.

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Partner with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
Convert intricate financial offerings into straightforward, user-friendly customer journeys.
Leverage data, user feedback, research, and production insights to guide product improvements.
Release new features, track performance, and execute iterative updates.
Balance trade-offs between delivery speed, user experience, business outcomes, compliance, and operational needs.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, founder, or growth/product operator.
Demonstrated product sense with the capability to streamline complex workflows.
Experience collaborating with engineers and designers to ship functional products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch analysis.
Proficiency in writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
High sense of ownership and ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
Current residency in Germany.
Strong English communication skills.
