Role Overview

This position bridges the gap between AI innovation and everyday productivity by combining cutting-edge models with contextual understanding and intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and evangelize a product strategy for Mistral Vibe Code and Mistral Vibe Work that aligns with overall company goals and market trends.
Conduct market and user experience research to identify unmet needs, competitive gaps, and emerging trends for developers and business users.
Guide the complete product development lifecycle from initial ideation through launch and iteration.
Partner closely with design and research teams to create intuitive experiences for developer-native interfaces and enterprise workflows.
Collaborate with marketing and sales departments to build pricing, positioning, and adoption strategies for successful product rollouts.
Keep cross-functional groups aligned around priorities, trade-offs, and timelines.
Manage a dynamic roadmap balancing short-term quick wins with long-term strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Bring five or more years of product management experience, specifically focusing on productivity-related or enterprise-grade B2B or B2B2C products.
Demonstrate experience solving complex problems within dynamic, competitive, and ambiguous settings.
Possess hands-on experience working with generative AI, large language models, or machine learning-driven products, including an understanding of technical trade-offs and agentic workflows.
Show deep familiarity with product-led growth strategies such as onboarding optimization, viral loops, and monetization.
Maintain a relentless focus on solving user problems for developers and enterprise users using both data and qualitative insights.
Exhibit a proven ability to align cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and go-to-market without direct authority.
Possess strong communication skills to tell compelling stories for executives, teams, and users alike.
Display a low ego, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative, self-directed approach with a bias for action.

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience shipping generative AI consumer products.
