Role Overview

The Product Manager position operates within Keyloop's data and intelligence layer, defining priorities, shaping roadmaps, and engaging with colleagues globally. This role demands an individual who utilizes AI-first methods daily for research, analysis, and product management workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Apply AI-first product thinking by utilizing LLM-based assistants, copilots, and automated analysis tools daily for competitive research, requirements synthesis, and backlog refinement.
Challenge static reporting and insight workflows to advocate for AI-driven alternatives like liveboard design and anomaly detection.
Monitor enterprise SaaS AI developments and champion responsible AI adoption adhering to GDPR, accuracy, and transparency standards.
Own and communicate the product roadmap in alignment with Keyloop platforms such as Fusion, ADC, and VEGA.ai.
Translate market signals and customer feedback into prioritized themes, initiatives, and epics during PI planning cycles.
Own and groom the engineering team's backlog directly, defining epics and clear acceptance criteria for delivery.
Engage directly with retailers, OEMs, financiers, and dealer groups to validate product direction and gather feedback.
Coordinate across the hub reporting portfolio to identify shared requirements and support infrastructure modernization efforts.

Requirements

Possess 4 to 7 years of product management experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or platform-based technology environments.
Demonstrate end-to-end product ownership capability from discovery and prioritization through delivery and iteration.
Experience working within Agile and SAFe delivery frameworks, managing backlogs, and participating in PI planning.
Ability to engage enterprise customers and translate operational requirements into product specifications.
Practical everyday experience using AI tools within product management workflows to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Comprehension of API-driven architectures, platform ecosystems, and integration patterns.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Comfortable operating remotely in a distributed, cross-cultural team environment across multiple time zones.

Nice to Have

Background working with business intelligence or analytics platforms including ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Familiarity with generative AI and natural-language querying products such as RAG and LLM-powered chat interfaces.
Additional languages relevant to EMEA or GCC markets.
