Baseten is seeking a Product Manager, Enterprise to join their team in San Francisco or remotely on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a passion for enterprise infrastructure who wants to help shape a nascent product function at a fast-growing AI company.

Role Overview

Product at Baseten is an emerging function built on a strong engineering culture, rapid execution, and deep customer obsession. As a Product Manager, Enterprise, the chosen candidate will collaborate closely with founders and world-class infrastructure engineers to define the standard for product development. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys diving into technical details and turning complex enterprise demands into scalable, repeatable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the enterprise readiness customer experience end to end, partnering with GTM and Enterprise Engineering to turn readiness into a supported, priced product.
Own the product vision and roadmap by anticipating what regulated customers require regarding deployment models, compliance, identity and access, and spend controls.
Act as the voice of the enterprise customer, transforming deal-blocking requirements from Sales and FDE into robust product capabilities to eliminate one-off exceptions.

Requirements

Bring eight or more years of product management experience, with deep expertise in enterprise or B2B infrastructure spanning security, compliance, identity, networking, or billing.
Demonstrate a history of shipping enterprise readiness surfaces such as multi-cloud deployments, SSO/RBAC, SOC 2, HIPAA, VPC, PrivateLink, and usage-based billing.
Maintain strong credibility when interacting with security, compliance, and procurement buyers, as well as the engineers building solutions for them.
Possess a strong preference for supported, priced products over per-deal customizations, along with rigorous customer research habits and a relentless shipping mindset.

Nice to Have

Experience working with machine learning infrastructure.
Background in building for or selling into regulated sectors like healthcare, government, or financial services.
