As the Product Manager, IT SOX Compliance at CoreWeave, you will shape the end-to-end IT SOX compliance program within the CIO organization by translating requirements into structured, scalable workflows.

Role Overview

CoreWeave seeks a Product Manager for IT SOX Compliance to join the team in Livingston, NY, SF, Sunnyvale, or Bellevue. This position focuses on driving accountability across IT process owners and building systems that make compliance manageable at scale. Rather than a traditional audit-support function, the job requires designing controls, managing deficiency lifecycles, and partnering across departments to ensure audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete IT SOX compliance program within the CIO organization, including IT control inventories covering ITGCs, IT-dependent controls, and automated application controls.
Translate compliance requirements into structured programs, processes, and scalable workflows to improve execution and accountability.
Oversee control design and documentation such as narratives, risk and control matrices, and procedures to ensure everything is audit-ready.
Partner with IT, Accounting, and the SOX team to integrate SDLC controls into new systems and modules before go-live.
Collaborate with IT process owners and control operators to guarantee consistent, timely control execution.
Build and enhance systems, workflows, and reporting tools used for control execution, evidence collection, issue tracking, and visibility.
Review control evidence for quality, completeness, and alignment with requirements prior to auditor submission.
Direct the full deficiency lifecycle from root cause analysis to remediation, retesting, and escalation, reporting control health to leadership.
Lead root cause analyses for control incidents, resolve systemic gaps, and implement validation plans to prevent recurrence.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in IT audit, risk, compliance, or a related field with hands-on IT SOX experience.
Demonstrate deep familiarity with IT General Controls including access management, change management, SDLC, and computer operations in relation to financial reporting risk.
Bring experience supporting enterprise business systems like Workday, Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Coupa, or similar platforms.
Show a strong understanding of PCAOB auditing standards, the COSO framework, and COBIT for IT controls.
Exhibit the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders across engineering, finance, legal, and audit.
Have experience utilizing GRC platforms such as AuditBoard, ServiceNow GRC, or Workiva.
Deliver excellent written communication skills for producing auditor-ready documentation and translating technical concepts.

Nice to Have

Hold a CISA, CISSP, CISM, or CPA certification.
Bring experience working in a hyperscaler, cloud infrastructure, or high-growth technology environment.
Demonstrate the ability to establish or scale an IT SOX compliance program at a newly public or pre-IPO company.
