Role Overview

BJAK is hiring a Product Manager for AI Stockbroking to take ownership of product areas within the platform. The position requires defining product direction, collaborating with engineering and design teams, launching quickly, and continuously improving features after release.

Key Responsibilities

Own product areas spanning insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and other financial services.
Establish user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Collaborate alongside engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
Transform complex financial systems into accessible, simple customer experiences.
Utilize analytics, user feedback, research, and production insights to guide product strategy.
Deploy features, track performance metrics, and execute continuous iterations.
Balance trade-offs between delivery speed, user experience, business outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational constraints.

Requirements

Background working as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or similar capacity.
Demonstrated product intuition and the capability to streamline intricate workflows.
Experience collaborating directly with software engineers and designers to ship functional products.
Familiarity utilizing metrics, customer feedback, experiments, and post-launch learnings.
Effective writing skills, prioritization abilities, and stakeholder management.
High sense of ownership and capability to drive execution with minimal oversight.
Proficiency in English for cross-functional communication.
Must be based in Vietnam.

Nice to Have
