Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of product areas across financial services such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, and travel.
Define user problems, product scope, success metrics, roadmaps, and launch plans.
Collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, compliance, and business teams.
Convert complex financial offerings into simple customer journeys.
Utilize data, feedback, research, and production issues to refine product decisions.
Release features, track performance, and guide ongoing iterations.
Balance trade-offs involving speed, user experience, business impact, compliance, and operational complexity.

Requirements

Professional background as a Product Manager, Product Owner, founder, growth or product operator, or similar capacity.
Strong product sense with the ability to simplify complex workflows.
Experience collaborating with engineers and designers to ship real products.
Familiarity with metrics, user feedback, experiments, and post-launch learning.
Strong writing, prioritization, and stakeholder management abilities.
High ownership and capability to drive work with minimal guidance.
Proficiency in English communication.
